WHAT WE EXPECT FROM ALL APPLICANTS:
The trial period for applicants will last a number of weeks until we decide whether or not you’ve proven yourself to be up to our standards. Once you have you will be promoted to full time raider status or removed from guild.
-Know your class inside and out. (Be ready to be bombarded with questions)
-Be able to attend AT LEAST 90% of our raids during your trial period and make a post on our forums if you will be absent.
-Be a friendly person.
-Be able to handle jokes and often harsh criticism.
-Be able to use Ventrilo and have a working microphone.
-Have gear that will allow you to be viable in the content we are currently working on.
-Come prepared to raids with gold and consumables that will last you through possible hours of wipes.
-Most of all you must enjoy raiding! Don’t apply if your in game goals are to get gear or look shiny. We raid to defeat challenging bosses; gear is a bonus that helps us progress and is not our main priority.
Before you start posting an application read and understand the following guidelines:
1. You must have the following mods installed to raid (no excuses)
-Deadly Boss Mods
-Omen Threat Meter
-Any mod required by the raid leader
2. Loot is distributed via Officer Assigned Loot. If this is a problem for you then this is not the guild for you.
More on our loot system here:
FAQ3. Upon applying to the guild make sure that you have the best gear available to you (Maximized gems and enchants show us that you know your class).
-We will not spend time running lower level zones to get you geared up
4. Be on time
-During progress nights you are expected to be on your main fully repaired and in front of the instance 5 mins before call time with your PvP flag OFF.
